2016 "Blast of Baskets" Quilt show registration form!! Forms are due May 16th!

Here is the link to our registration form.  It is stored on Google Drive in pdf format and you should be able to access it and download it. 

Hard copies are also available from Cascade Fabrics in Sedro-Woolley.

All registration forms must be accompanied by a photo of the entered quilt.  The easiest way to do this is to take a digital photo and print it on the back of the entry form with your printer.  If you submit the photo separately from the form, please be sure to write on the photo your name, phone number, and the name of the entry.  In case it gets separated from the form.

The quilt does not need to be finished by May 16th.  Just the paperwork and a photo of the quilt - in progress if need be. 

Quilt turn-in day is Tuesday, May 31 at Cascade Fabrics. 

Any medium or large quilt MUST have a hanging sleeve attached on the back, at the top.  Sufficient to allow a 2" x 2" pole to be inserted.  If you are in doubt, attach a sleeve.  Smaller quilts will be pinned to sheets. 

Each quilt also requires a label identifying the owner, contact information, and the name of the entry.
