WFQ Virtual Quilt and Fiber Show - July 31

The PEOPLE are the primary reason a great

quilt and fiber show can come together

and today we bring you photos of the folks!

WFQ typically gets about 65-75 volunteers

to work on our show and, sadly, not everyone

is pictured here.  But we have a dedicated cadre

of quilters in Sedro-Woolley and they are

always committed to bring you the BEST

we have to offer in quilty fun!

So here's a tribute to the people

who make it happen.

We invite YOU to come and be a part of our

July 2021 quilt and fiber show in any way you can -

as a volunteer, an exhibitor, or an attendee.

We'll be expecting you!

Here we are at the end of a month of the WFQ Virtual Quilt and Fiber Show.  Thanks for visiting and thanks for your great comments and support.  We promise to bring  you the BEST EVER show in 2021!

Blast of Freedom - retrieving and setting up the quilt stands!

We rent our quilt stands from the Fidalgo Island Quilters and we retrieve them from storage in Anacortes on the day before set-up day.  One of the nice things about having five years of experience with quilt shows is that we have a plan!  And we have process improvements!

These fine WFQ members and fine recruits loaded up the stands in Anacortes and brought them to Sedro-Woolley on Wednesday.  And assembled everything!  There were actually more workers than this on the receiving end.  Thanks to everyone!
