We have an registration form with all the details - hard copies of forms are available at Cascade Fabrics in Sedro-Woolley or you can ask for a soft copy by sending an inquiry to judyjj at comcast.net [replace the "at" with the "at" sign - posted this way to discourage bot e'mail harvesters]. Remember that we need a photo of your finished quilt with the entry form. Attach a photo or print out a digital photo on the back of the form. So easy!
